    Please note that each Brand may fit a little bit different.   We have tried to capture this by describing the fit of each product in our description.  For your convenience, we have converted all European and UK sizing to Canadian sizing.

    Shipping & Handling Policy

    Shoes Boots n’ Bags ships via Canada Post.

    All shipments must be made to a physical address.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

    An Adult Signature is required for delivery of all shipments.  If you are unable to sign for your shipment, Canada Post will leave a notice for you and your parcel can be picked up at your nearest Canada Post depot. 

    All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date.  Orders are subject to availability.  You will be informed of any delays or issues with your order.  We must be able to verify your billing name and address with the credit card issuer, we must also be able to verify that your shipping name and address are valid.

    Shipping & Handling within Canada

    Purchases over $150.00 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

    (This applies after all discounts and promotions are applied.  Minimum purchase amounts do not include taxes)

    For purchases less than $150.00, we offer $15.00 flat rate shipping.

    Shipping & Handling to the Continental United States

    A $30.00 shipping & handling fee applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States.  For deliveries within the continental US, we will ship your order via Canada Post.

    A Customs representative may need to contact you to verify information about either the shipment or you as the receiver of the shipment.  Please ensure that you respond to them in a timely manner as the shipment may be returned to us if you don’t.  Please contact your local customs authority and/or email service@shoesbootsnbags.com for more information.

    International Shipping & Handling

    We offer $80.00 flat rate shipping.  Delivery times vary by destination.  A tracking number will always be provided.
