Return Exchange Policy/Return Instructions

At Shoes Boots n’ Bags, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your online shopping purchase.  In the event that your purchase is not “just right” we are happy to accept regular price merchandise within 10 days of signing for your parcel. 

Regular price items may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of signing for your parcel less the cost for shipping.

Sale items may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of signing for your parcel less the cost of shipping.

Clearance priced items, reduced more that 30%, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Shoes Boots n’ Bags receipt or invoice. 

All merchandise must have original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.  Items that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Shoes Boots n’ Bags.

Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.  The credit should appear on your next statement.  You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Please note: There will be no exceptions to our return policy.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return your purchase, please email our customer service team directly at service@shoesbootsnbags.com.  A member of our customer service team will be in touch within 1-2 business days.  They will provide you with our return address and your return authorization number.  This number must be included on the outside of your parcel.

Once your return parcel arrives at our facility, a member of our customer service team will be in contact via email within 3 business days to indicate if your return has been accepted and to complete the process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Returns should be sent via domestic mail service and it is recommended that return parcels be fully insured with a tracking number and should be provided to us for tracking purposes.  For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as “CANADIAN GOODS RETURN” on the customs forms.  Duties charged to shoesbootnbags.com as a result of mislabelling or marking as a “gift” will be deducted from your return amount.  Parcels sent C.O.D. will be refused.

Shoes Boots n’ Bags will not refund international duties and taxes.

Shoes Boots n’ Bags will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of goods.  We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to our online customer service department.

Shoes Boots n’ Bags reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.

Exchange Instructions

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or colour, please send an email to our customer service team at service@shoesbootsnbags.com.  A member of our customer service team will reserve the product for you and provide you with an exchange authorization number.  This number must be written on the outside of your return package to us.

We will ship out the new product once the returned product is received and the cost for reshipping has been received. Etransfer or credit card are acceptable payments for shipping costs. You will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number when the exchanged product is shipped.
